The Burn Factory prides itself on coaching clients where they are now and designing plans according to where they would like to go. We educate all coachable and interested persons willing to learn about their bodies. Patience is absolutely paramount with respect to body mechanics, injuries, and pre-existing conditions. 

What is the best type of coaching for me?


The best type of coaching for you depends on your goals, fitness level, and personal preferences. Some people may prefer aerobic workouts like HIIT, HIRT, HIST combined with agility or plyometric training, while others may prefer anaerobic strength training like weightlifting and mesocycles . The key is to find an exercise routine that you enjoy and that fits into your lifestyle and goals. To ensure the proper fit, we highly recommend an in person consultation. 

How important is nutrition for fitness?


Nutrition is a crucial component of fitness, as it provides the fuel your body needs to perform physical activity. Eating a healthy, balanced diet that is rich in protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats can help you maintain energy levels, build muscle, and recover from workouts more quickly.
